​1. Gotu Kola 


Known as the "Herb of Longevity," Gotu Kola is famous for boosting brain power and memory. It is also excellent for skin healing and improving blood circulation. In Sri Lanka, we love it as a fresh "Sambol" or a nutritious porridge.


​2. Iramusu 

​Iramusu is the ultimate natural body coolant. It purifies the blood and is widely used to treat skin conditions and inflammation. Drinking Iramusu tea is a traditional way to detoxify the body and get a healthy glow.




​3. Kuppameniya 



​A very common plant with uncommon benefits! It is highly effective in treating respiratory issues like asthma and bronchitis. Interestingly, it is also known for its strange attraction to cats, but its real value lies in its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
